Interactive Hanging Dog Ball Toy with Elastic Play Rope & Hook

Incomplete did not have the cord or hook very disappointed I would have love buying more but am not going to because of this it should be corrected or refunded.

Missing the elastic rope and more , should get a refund . Very disopointed
